Well, 1918 was the year the pistol was made. It was very likely a WWI pistol (but that is not to say it couldn't have been used in WWII, also, but most that were left over were reworked and would have a different date). The holster, as issued, would not have had a medallion on it (probably added at a later date). Without seeing it, it is hard to really estimate it's condition, configuration or value. A standard issue, 80% WWI Luger would sell fairly for $675-750. The price can be influenced by the magazines, matching and correct, and the holster's condition and date.
