Ron,
The Germans had buckles for all the trades in society. The early 30's society was morphed from boy scouts to German Youth to Hitler youth. Here are a few buckles from the 1800's for the trades. The first few are the Mason trade and the others are for a Carpenter. Many more exist from the Nazi era including Butcher and even civilian band members! Mark |
