John, no lube on or in the mags I rarely use oil on mags unless they are going into long term storage as oil is a dust collector and is more harmful than no oil at all. The only thing I can figure was causing the rounds to fail to feed was the cold. I carry this pistol alot when out in the desert on the ATV exploring and also shoot it out there, never a problem in warm weather. I also have a Pentax 35mm camera that refuses to operate when it's cold. ATV runs great though!
