Steve, Remington makes these are made with a brass jacket. They are sold as a component or as loaded ammo. You can buy them as components from Midway USA. See link! They also make a 124 gr 9mm bullet as well. I shoot the 165 gr 40 caliber bullet in my 10mm Glock 29 and had some incredible field tests with it.
