Mike is a very fair person to deal with. He is also a very nice person. My advice is to go to mikes shop and Chances shop and ask alot of ???? then buy a few books and read them. Buy the best luger you can afford. There is a lot of collectors and dealers that will be glad to seperate you from your $$ Find a collector that is willing to spend time and educate you. Read all you can.
