Hi Pete,
Yes, I have had some luck with that gun! But the seller told me that he is lucky to know it found a good home!
The pull-strap on that one can not be removed an is carrying the name of the origin. owner inside.
It seems to me, that the old owners took theyr Lugers to some commercial places to get that straps fitted to the guns.
My other 06/24 has a stap also not removable from the gun but a different design.
And then according to the Holster, have you tried to get the magazine out of the pouch on top?
Unbelivable how difficult that is just with the fingers?
By the way, I have some mathing Swiss mags in reserve, still need a strap for the holster and after that I will keep my eyes open for another nice piece more from the early days.
