FLASH!!! Up date. Heard from the ATF again. "You need to send it back to the dealer, for a refund".
So I contacted the guy. He has agreed to refund my money. It will be going away tomorrow. I would like to thank all who advised, supported and coached me in this "Cluster *&%#*". Thanks Guys! Ron
