Not all U.S. Patents are available online... some are so old that they are only available on paper. The patent diagarams of the Luger are available for download right here on the Lugerforum. Go to the Member Gallery and you will find the album... The drawings were purchased by a member of the forum whose name appears on the album.
The copies of the patent drawings were donated to the forum and I created Hi-resolution scans so that anyone who wanted them can download them. To obtain the hi-res version you must use the menu option at the top of the page that says "full" which stands for full-size. If you have the ability to print them out with a quality laser scanner they should be a very good quality for framing.
