Thank you for the information but I don't believe that to be accurate HÃ?Â¥kan. This 9mm Luger pistol falls under Section 7 of the firearms legislation, which says that Section 7 pistols fall into 2 categories:
All pistols must be pre 1919
Section 7.1 - Pistols of obsolete calibres - may be kept at home
Section 7.3 - Pistols of 'current' calibres - must be kept at designated site.
