malfunctioning luger

Check the chamber, is it clean and free of rust, is the extractor moving freely up and down, you can make a new sping from stock, not hard to do. Ask Lugerdoc here on LF if he has an original spring. Most times I run into this, the chamber needs a light polishing with crocus cloth...I just wrap it around a small wood dowl and a few even twists and it will clean up...let us know if we can help...
