Hello again...
I took a bunch of photos with the toggle pulled back.... I did not see the word "charge" anywhere, but am not exactly sure where to look.... I did look hard, and still did not see that word..... I did not use the flash on the barrel to show the French markings, because the reflection was too bad. I think I took enough photos from every possible angle, and won't be able to take anymore since I opened up a safe deposit box at my bank this morning as a means to prevent me from handling it, and for safe keeping.
