This one may have been seen before, but it looks like a prop gun to me.
It has two visible numbers: 414 and "38" on the side plate.
It was in the credit roll for Dark Winds, Season 4, Episode 1.
Right after the opening scene when a blonde haired assassin woman (Franka Potente) uses a luger in a Diner.

She was in two of the Bourne Identity movies
