It appears to be in good condition and the holster also looks to be in good condition. if the bore is also good, I'd estimate $1200 ~ $1400.

Note that there is a notch at the front of the receiver (that I failed to notice before). All DWM Lugers with a notched receiver left the factory as an Artillery Luger with an 8 inch barrel. After the war, Germany was restricted on barrel length and that is why the barrel was changed. The 8 inch barrel was too long.
