Wow, that is nice! As an owner of a cased Borchardt, I am also curious as to what the price tag is for this miniature companion piece. I suspect it is significant.

MiniArt was located in Moscow, Russia until closing their doors in the 90's. They made the Borchardt in small numbers in both 1:2 and 1:3 scale. They do pop up for sale now and then. Price can vary but $3-4k is typical for a complete cased set.
