No if the tool was there it would be in my possession right now. I know a good WW1 tool is alone worth the 100 bucks. I just meant the leather was there. No missing leather. The inside pull up strap is there also. If its only worth its 100 bucks I will give it a pass. I was going to resell it. I don't need to get something there is no money in. I don't have an Artillery Luger so not needed for me.
