Navy marked Lugers are renowned for being faked. You'll need to provide sharp well lit photos (shaded natural light, camera that can focus) including closeups of markings.
Our FAQ document may be useful. Perhaps one of the Navy experts can help with your photos. You should be able to upload pictures using the advanced version of the editor. Just size them to about 1024 pixels on the longest axis.
