I have gotten 2-3 wood mag bases from GT, and they are outstanding. He has the skills to do what you require.......plus, he is a super nice guy!!!

Thanks very much. I will have to contact GT regarding a wood magazine base for my model 1900. I have a thread in the 1900 section of the forum with photos of my Luger. The wood base on the magazine is a 'homemade ' replacement. Would either like to have it replaced with a correct original one, or possibly have the existing one recontoured.
