It depends per country. Over here the limit is based on environmental conditions, about 10,000 live rounds without additional approval.
Not all EU countries have a separate arrangement for cartridge collecting. So some collect on shooting licenses or hunting licenses. Last edited by Vlim; 09-18-2019 at 03:35 PM. |
