As far as I know, you do not have a problem. The shells you show are not atypical for cartridges ejected from a Luger, in fact they are fairly common. The geometry of the extractor/ejector system of the Luger sometimes causes the shell casing to slam into the left side of the receiver upon ejection. If you reload, just use a neck resizing die...if you don't reload, no worries
