My load data for 9x19 for P08 and C96

This is just me:
I prefer real jacketed bullets from Precision Delta over ANY plated bullets. In bulk, they are the same or even cheaper than plated.
That could be a max load. Did you work up to it from a start load of 4.0-4.2gn?
If you have to use plated bullets, be sure to seat and crimp a bullet, pull it, and ensure that the plating is not dented or the bullet diameter swaged down. There should be NO crimp marks or change in diameter.
