Carefully remove the grips and photograph the inside of them in detail. There are a small number of variations, and members here can confirm originality and which variation. Also see our FAQ PDF which has some examples photographed. Pages 15, 16 and 24.
The threaded inside holes in these grips were probably used in the fabrication process, not for mounting them. Do ask any specific questions you have. Your Luger is a nice example of a 41 byf.
