It looks like a commercial DWM Luger with a police sear safety added.
Some of the reference may be to a unit mark on the grip strap which is not visible in pictures. The 1920 mark above the chamber is probably a Weimar property mark. With their bungled reference to the "Safety" lever German for "Safe" position and the rest of the errors, I doubt there is anything to "sugar"...
