First. I did weight those WWBs and separated those that were either too light or too heavy.

Second. WWB is not like that anymore.

If available there, Vectran "AO" powder looks like a more accurate Luger powder to me.
You might give it a try.

Bullet weight variance look quite "variable" to me. This affects ultimate accuracy, as you know.
