If they are cheap enough and you are mechanically inclined, go for it.
Side plates are a pain to fit and then the lever must also work with the frame/sear bar combination. Any given side plate has about a 50% chance of fitting your pistol, and if it "fits", probably another 50% chance it will operate correctly. I usually have to try 4 or 5 side plates to get close, then hand fit, and then adjust the lever. It is an "education"; and the side plates are about $100 each. I'm not sure which spring you are missing?

Thank you Don, more where I was headed. If you noticed where I am located you will understand limited resources and P-08's don't show up much. The good news is no one around here is very interested in them if they are missing anyhting and don't function. I intentionally don't wan't to ask for more photos or act very interested if am going to negotiate a price. I assume that just the one pi has $200.00 in magazines if original plus grips, togggle assy, holster and so on. Is it worth $500.00 in parts alone then $1,000 if I can get it fixed for $100-150?
