Things are not so clear pre-WW1. I believe I'm seeing military acceptance marks but commercial style numbers, and that may be common for those days. I think others more wise than myself will say that commercial guns were used for military purposes at that time.
Looks like a good gun and very reasonable priced.

Ponchsox, welcome to the club. Looks like you got a nice Luger for a decent price. I am sure you will enjoy it. Take some close up shots of the stampings on the right front of the receiver so we can clearly see the proofs.
