'Address Not Found' Problem

OK - easy peasy.... Windows XP? I can do that in my sleep....

Do this:
Go to Control Panel>Network Connections and select your local network.
Click Properties, then select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP).
Click Properties.


A pop-up window will open... The TOP HALF (Obtain Ip Address automatically or Use the following IP address) - just leave where they are...

The bottom half of that pop-up will have:
Obtain DNS Server Address Automatically
Use the following DNS Server addresses
Under "use the following DNS Server addresses, you'll see entry boxes for a bunch of numbers. In those enter the following:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

Click the Ok button. On XP - you should reboot the computer afterwards, or you can reset the network manually?

OK, did all that! Thank you for the help!

I'll report if this fixes my timeout difficulties! Or doesn't...
