Yeah... it's Brno Czech, not Mauser Germany.
According to von Lossnitzer, "Inter-Allied Military Control Commission did not acknowledge Mauser as a weapon factory. One of the members of IMACC, an Italian Colonel, paved the way for Mauser to sell its rifle drawings and the complete fabrication equipment to Czech Weapons Factory, Brno, which procduced Model 1924 on that equipment". So, this should be a high quality gun genuine enough
