Thank you gentlemen, drop of oil eliminates the primer problem and Kinetic hammer ordered with "vise chuck" as the others started at .22 hornet size.

After you remove the bullet with the kinetic puller and dump the powder, the brass neck may still have tension since it was not fired/expanded. Just take your time putting the bullet back into the case neck so as not to damage/bend it. You may have to "bell" the case mouth a little to get the bullet to start into the brass case.
