Once that cast is completely off, I bet it will be difficult to resist the impulse to shake hands...
Glad the healing is coming along and the swelling is reducing. When I had my surgery this year, they gave me Morphine (with the timed pushbutton). That stuff really works, but does a number on you. Eventually NSAIDS proved effective and enough. Glad you got off the strong stuff... Marc
