Not viable for now. The government is freaking out about this but they forget that 3-D printers cost thousands of $$, and a new Glock or Springfield or whatever is $600. Maybe someday, but as alvin said, barrel & bolt have to be steel (or some other heavy metal) especially for rapid fire.
Poke the casing out with a stick? (ROFLOL) How long will the plastic rifling last - 3 shots?
