Aftermarket barrel is questionmark...Is this a Numrich cheapie, maybe slamfire or not fire at all (excessive chamber length)??? Remember AMT Hardballer I mentioned some time ago; had oversize chamber and all ejects were bulged??? Hard to figure that reamer would be so oversize unless ground by other than reputable reamer makers...

OTOH, location is everything...Maybe in Oz, $2K is reasonable...

Australia is a bit more expensive but not that much more. If it was a collector I would pay that sort of dough but for this one judging by your estimate I would not pay more than half of his asking price.
