from a realistic perspective, I know that when situations come to you, you jsut react. I am sure I wouldn't give a rats ... if I damaged the holster under fire or in a scary situation, I just wanted the pistol.
I'm sure we all remember throwing away some stupid box as a kid ofr a toy, now collectors would pay you hundreds of dollars for a box, not even caring if you had the toy, so some GI grabbing up a holster with a Luger in it, would just say, oh well. Ed |
