That third digit on the barrel has been overstruck with the 9. The barrel serial number is not relevant to the serial number of the pistol unless you are paying for all matching numbers.

I would ask for photos of the serial number on the front of the grip frame also to find out if the suffix letter matches and to make sure that the actual serial number has not been defaced. As a parts gun shooter class, the asking bid price is getting a little high.
