They sell a kit to convert a Ruger 10/22 to a scaled down MG-42 lookalike. I got one, was tickled with it, so then went out and bought the 10/22. Doing the conversion was a hoot - felt like my old junior high model building days. Also fun as hell to shoot - semi-auto of course. Have pictures of it at the middle school where I work. The kids love it - I tell them every kid is entitled to have one -- it's in the Constitution.
