1940 code"42" in 7.65

Can you take a pic of the end of the barrel [muzzle], and if you can, the chamber, showing the step???

It's odd that the capture papers say 7.65, since that is not anywhere on the gun...and the clerks/officers who did the paperwork had no clue what caliber enemy weapons were...It's common to see a Luger shown as "38" on a capture paper...But I would expect that if it was captured, it would be shown as 9mm...(Even if it wasn't)...

It could have been sleeved by a POW or armorer for sale/trade to a US soldier at or after the end of the war...Might have been shot out...
