They are original black bakelite WWII German issue grips. Nice rig! Great price! Leave the mags alone. They go with the condition of the gun and are probably original to the gun.

Guenter, thanks for the additional pictures. Your pistol's serial number is 3562d, not 3562a. It was completed about February 1942. It looks like a nice one.
