It is a really nice looking Luger. It appears to be a 1908 version that some really talented gunsmith installed a slick flip-flop sight. It isn't an express sight but a totally original concept. I can't imagine needing a variable sight on a short barreled gun, but obviously someone thought it necessary. It is a neat example of ingenuity and workmanship.

As Steinar pointed out, no stock lug...and no conventional rear sight...and 30 caliber...I can't see if it has an 'artillery notch'...

The pics pop up in Random Album Pictures, so I thought I'd re-open this thread...Jon has only one thread and only one post...The one above...

I guess we disappointed him...
