Thank to you both! You give collecting a whole new perspective, But we must be aware that todays diversions will somedays treasures. The fact is there are a finite amount of genuine lugers, more and more seem to disappear each year do to neglect and disrespect and outright greed. My favorite is my test luger luger. Check Point Charlie had one for sale and if my funds were commited else where there would be no question. Like finding a virgin in Saigon in 1968, from what I'm told providence is priceless. Veterans Bring backs is like my first Playboy Magazine. The beauty is that we are blessed by collectors with passion that keep it all alive and valuable. Start your self a 'Luger Chrismas Club' Of find someone that you can pay a little each month. I bought my first a 1906 Frenchy and my last, my 1937 Kreighoff an amount each month, The value of the gun your purchasing is appreciating and everybody makes out. Good Lugers never go down. I'm sorry for going off the topic but You know what I mean. They can sometimes be so very cool! God Bless!
