Neil, That is one beautiful looking Artillery rig you have there!
By the way I discourage the use of BTT as it is mostly a waste of thread space. If there is something meaningful to add to a thread then add it but otherwise the thread is languishing with no more meaningful input. Please use it judiciously! (George) GT..I like your magazine stand but I want to know... are you planning to make one without the bottom to accomodate the stock? Perhaps one with the magazine and a bolt beneath a small disc for stabalazation? Great job by the way..

Jerry:
How nice of you to notice my beautiful artillery rig. I got it from a guy who lives in Colorado, or is it Arizona. Oh well, anyway he does beautiful leather work. I can personally recommend him as a quality act. Thanks Jerry. Neil

Hi Jerry, I've received some requests for other types of mounting systems, and it all depends on what we're going to display?? If a rig with a shoulder stock attached, the tall and strong are both desirable design features.. if just a standard 4" barrel P.08, then a'lot of things in the design, could be compromised, without any integrity or strength loss ... But, the real problem for me, is what it has to do with making a repeatable jig/fixture for a specific part... if I'm making 20 parts, fine.. but one or two, is a losing proposition for me...
.. Still. modifications can be made, and items shortened, narrowed, or modified in many different ways.. I'll try to deliver what is desired within reason... Best to all, til....lat'r...GT
