Derek, Commercial Artilleries do not have the Military acceptance markings on the right receiver or the date over the chamber. They might be marked with a Crown N but to tell you the truth I don't know that much about commercials.
Yes, the front sight has a small round screw with spanner wrench type holes. Jerry Burney
