Derek, Congratulations! I am sure you will like it. Artilleries are my collecting passion behind Navies.
As an aside on pricing..my local gun dealer has one of the most beautiful Artilleries I have ever seen. Original blue that must be 99% 1917 fine tune sights. # 852 b if I remember right. Small Germany marked on the left front rail. The owner wants $3000 for it. I offered $2500 because the grips are un numbered and the holdopen was #46. The only mismatched part in it. He's stuck on 3 Grand so I passed. If the grips had been numbered and the holdopen correct I would have caughed up the other 500 smackers as the condition is like no other Artillery I have.
If anyone out there is interested..I have closely inspected this pistol and can vouch for it being what I say it is.
