Who makes the best Repro C96 holster?

I have one of these wooden stocks with a fake mauser banner on it. (they sort them in "VG", "excelent" and "selected"). Since it will never be anything than else than a fake, I went for the cheapest alternative ($150). It's a bit crude made and can not be misstaken for the real thing, but it works.
(Come to think of it, the original ones are not that nicely made eighter)

Now I just need to find out which B-Square bolt-on 1" scope base works with a Mauser M24/30 carbine and I can mount a scope on it, too!

...But no silencer...
