sideplate woes 2

Find out what is pushing the side plate upwards by eliminating various parts that interfere with plate each time you mate plate with the frame. Once you locate culprit find exact spot and figure out why. I would start first with bare frame with nothing attached to it. Than keep adding parts. If it doesn’t fit right on the frame than you know your answer right away. It is the plate itself. You get idea?

Can you show us a picture of the inside the plate?
