Hello Ron,

In regards to question one I believe the 6 O'Clock hold is correct for 100 meters.

In regards to question two I belive the rear sight on the artillery pistol compenstes for the deviation caused by the bullet spin, so the 6 O'Clock hold continues to be good at any range. The rear sight moves to correct the deviation in bullet spin. Just set the sight for the range, put the sight on the target and fire away. You will be surprised at the accuracy. Hope this helps.
