Tom,
The booklet is undated but the first page is partially cut. Maybe the date was written on this page. The name of the owner is still on the book as well as the unit: "Sturm 7/249" or "Sturm 7S249". I guess that DV means "Dienst Vorschrift". I keep note of the people interested. Cheers, Mauro
