The British series "Rogue Heroes" is a two season show about the founding of the SAS. Each season has 6 episodes. In season two, about episode 10, one of the SAS members takes a Luger from a soldier he'd just shot. The second season ends on D-Day so I imagine there will be a season three. It's on MGM+.
