The results of some major rust pitting? It is a darn shame since the rest of the gun looks so good! I know that if the barrel were removed that it could probably be turned smooth safely without disturbing the barrel contour very much, but unfortunately, that would also remove the stamps on the underside of the barrel.. Decisions...Decisions!!!<br />

anyway... even with the pitting, it is a GREAT looking Luger.<br />
