Post Mark Mansour's 1914 Erfurt

Here is a thumbnail of his Luger!! IF you want to see a very excellent picture of it, then let me know by email me to Thor340@aol.com Posting them here really takes out the quality and doesnt do justice to Mark's Excellent Erfurt. Seeing the picture via email is really the way to go!!

Being the happy owner of Thor's latest work of genius, pictured here, I can attest to the superior quality of the e-mailed photo. It is simply stunning. The Erfurt isn't here yet, and I'll have many more words of praise then.

All of you who have known Ted for so long know how superlative his work is. Those of you who don't, it is my hope that you get the chance to find out. In the process, you'll learn what I have learned, and what those of you who have been here a while already knew, that on top of being an artist and a craftsman of the highest order, Ted Green is a truly terrific person and a real gentleman as well.

There is a measure of added joy in receiving the handiwork of someone who has as much enthusiasm for his work as does Ted. He was excited about the rebluing and restrawing as I was, and his regular updates on the progress of the project were a real pleasure. And, on top of all that, he fixed the thing, which wasn't firing at all when I sent it to him!

Regards to all, and thanks again Ted!

Mark Mansour
