Just a brag. Picked this up a couple weeks ago, this is why I am looking for Finn marked tool and mags. Interesting to note that it has an East German rear toggle piece.

Very nice!
![]() Does the barrel have the early circle/triangle/T or the later triangle/T??? The ATF specifically exempts this variation from the SBR reg??? ![]()

Circle-triangle-T Tikka barrel.
Finnish SA-mark pistol with Finnish SA-marked stock exempted, see http://luger.gunboards.com/showthrea...ish+atf+letter --Dwight Last edited by Dwight Gruber; 09-22-2015 at 06:24 AM. |

I don't have a pic of that marking yet - just the 'early' and 'late' markings shown below.
"The identifying mark of the Tikkakoski arsenal was a capitol letter "T" inside of an inverted triangle. This marking was modified slightly in 1938 to include a circle surrounding this triangle "T" stamping." Could you please post a pic of the Circle-T on your most-excellent SA Luger whenever you have time??? ![]() Edit: Thanks too for the link to Nap's letter. I do have a 'mutt' Luger with a Tikkakoski barrel which I may someday look for a stock+holster for... ![]()

That is a handsome rig. I can easily see why one would want/need to brag a bit about it!! Thanx for posting the photos.
